Let's Talk About Therapy

This past year has tested all of us. It placed us in situations that challenged us and really took a toll on our mental health. For me, this past year showed me that it’s okay to not be okay! I often woke up feeling like I was under a cloud and I felt stuck. When I was on my school campus, I went to counseling for the first time and it really changed the way I viewed my situation. I remember after I left my counselor’s office, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulder simply because I made the decision to get help.

There are always people and resources that are willing to help you out with whatever you may be going through. I wanted to write this blog post to let you know that if you’re feeling low or just feel like talking to someone, there are resources and people that are always willing to offer a helping hand. You are not alone!🤍
